Satisfaction/Salvation/Magic
five star service in the mud, six star service when we return to dust. fantasy from ancient soil. 🏠
atoms never touch. do you think that’s the scientific explanation for the void? the hole that’s been born deep inside all of us. the one we have all been trying to fill since so so so long ago. atoms never touch.
& everyone wants the same thing through different veins.
satisfaction.
some through physical satiation,
others through spiritual salvation
the space between the atoms, where consciousness & language never touch. where medicine & art look right at one another. the gap between thought & speech that we explain ourselves through a tomb to. that microscopic void we devote religion & write philosophy to fill. the gap between the skin of your real finger & the glass of a real mirror, that we shove sex & money & virtue into.
we spend our whole lives trying to satisfy ourselves even after death. we pray to a place of eternal satisfaction. a place that defies all laws of universal physics, a place that defies all laws of human desire. & we pray to stay there. forever. & ever. because that’s impossible to do on earth. no matter how intentionally we live our lives
who we are & what we want changes, evolves. we must pray to lay to rest in a place of universal satisfaction. eternal perfection. five star service while we’re here in the mud, but six star service when we return to dust. while every religion we’ve conjured, every afterlife we’ve fantasized- came from this soil. was written in a lifetime, by hand & ink just like yours.
i don’t think the gap between fantasy & reality is the afterlife. i don’t think the gap is where we go, or where we came from. i think it’s where we thrive. Why We Won
i think it’s where we go when we’re in love. i think it’s where the big bang flashed. i think it’s where we go when we fight. i think it’s where i got my dog. i think it’s where i know you from. i think it’s where everything small and great came from. it’s the space we are trying to get ai to fill now. we have always been a desperate species. since the gap of adam.
the veil is thin
but we live here together
love u ☯️🎯
